    宜佳公司是由吴心培先生于1989在香港创建。公司在上海和奥克兰设有分部，在中国
建有合资工厂。公司主要经营天然香油类、合成香料、食品添加剂及各类香精。

   The company was founded in 1989 by Mr.Smitty S.P.Ng and his business associates. Currently the company has bases in Hong Kong and Shanghai, China and in Auckland, New Zealand; together with joint venture factories in mainland China.
